More and more people do not want own a house anymore, neither having a fix address. The companies, are moving their employees every 12 months, and sometimes even every month. ...there will be no more no more real estate agents that are the "middle man" between buyers and the owners? It would cut the fee costs for the both sides. What if, we could apply a blockchain system to the real estate industry, that would create a ledger directly between buyers and the property owners. People could be their own agents and negotiate directly with each other.

... the real estate industry would create a completely new products for property market? That would provide a new vail of choices and solutions for both, buyers and the owners. The new products would help renting market as well. People would not have to worry about down payments, long or short term leases, and guarantors. They would not be limited to the current, old offers.
